Referral Credit Terms

Referral credit is awarded for new residential installation clients only.
A referred client may only be credited to one referring account.
If multiple individuals submit the same referral, the new client will designate the referring party at the time of estimate or contract signing.
Referral credit is issued after installation contract execution and verification.
Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and apply to eligible future services only.
Black Mist Irrigation reserves the right to review, approve, deny, or revoke referral credit in cases of duplicate claims, abuse, or misrepresentation.
